JSC TVSRZ (TVZ) has completed production and delivered to the customer — state enterprise Uzbekiston Temir Yo'llari — a batch of six model 61-950 compartment passenger cars.
The cars were manufactured in accordance with the customer's technical specifications and the requirements of Technical Regulation TR TS 001/2011. Each car accommodates 36 sleeping berths, is equipped with a climate control system, USB charging ports and an updated interior.
The handover ceremony took place at the plant in Tashkent. After acceptance testing, the rolling stock will enter regular service on Uzbekistan Railways routes.
The delivery was completed under a state contract for renewal of the passenger rolling stock fleet of the Republic of Uzbekistan, concluded in 2025.
