Full-cycle capital-restoration overhaul (CRO) of Tashkent Metro series 81-717/714 rolling stock.
Since 2015, TVZ has performed capital-restoration overhaul (CRO) of Tashkent Metro series 81-717 and 81-714 cars. A specialised section of over 6,000 m² is equipped for the full cycle of works from disassembly to testing.
CRO scope: bogie and wheelset replacement, traction motor repair or replacement, complete overhaul of braking systems (pneumatics, SUTP), wiring harness replacement, compressor overhaul, full interior restoration and upgrade.
After CRO a car receives at least 15 additional years of service life. Each overhauled car undergoes a full test cycle: dynamic, braking, electrical diagnostics. CRO cycle: up to 120 days.
